As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales by creating, designing, and distributing digital marketing content. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to develop fresh ideas, execute drip campaigns, and continuously enhance our digital marketing efforts. This position offers growth opportunities, allowing you to expand your skills in digital marketing and advertising.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaigns: Utilize tools like Exact Target & Microsoft Dynamics to design, gain approval for and send engaging email blasts to prospects.

  • Eblast Management: Maintain action plans and schedules for eblasts related to upcoming and open communities.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and share eblast and advertising performance results.

  • Internal Marketing Support: Contribute to execution of tasks to support the marketing strategy set by marketing leadership.

  • Ad Coordination: Relay ad changes to external ad agencies.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to equal housing regulations, payment disclaimers and the Ryan Homes brand.

  • Proofreading: Review all l marketing materials for print and web.

  • Data Insights: Pull ad proofs, targeting data and performance metrics as needed.

  • Web Content Updates: Assist with community webpage copy and photo updates to drive traffic and generate leads.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle web changes, including price adjustments and inventory home information.

    Qualifications:

  • Experience: Under 5 years marketing-related experience.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with Exact Target, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

  • Reporting: Demonstrated ability to prepare and distribute reports.

  • Communication: Effective oral and written communication skills, with a flair for creative copy.

  • Education: An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
