Wencor Group Llc Accounts Payable Clerk in PEACHTREE CITY, Georgia

Overview of the Position:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with all responsibilities of the AP Department. Will help resolve A/P issues, process expense reports and match, batch, and code invoices, matching documents and filing. This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Peachtree City, GA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile vendor statements

  • Enter invoices in computer

  • Ensure that sufficient backup is obtained before invoices are paid

  • Assist suppliers and internal departments to resolve problems.

  • Maintain internal vendor files

  • Research, file, and help in other accounting areas as needed

  • Reconcile freight invoices

  • Verify bank information and address changes with suppliers.

  • Maintain inventory of supplies for the office and breakroom

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

    Education / Experience Requirements:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent and comparable AP experience
