We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate openings for Dining Servers in our assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing dining rooms. PT positions to work dinner service from 3:45pm to 7:30pm, three times a week, with e/o weekend.

You’ll work closely with nurses, aides, dieticians, and other dining staff to implement residents’ nutritional care plans. You’ll serve meals and create a pleasant dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist assigned residents with their dining needs

  • Determine need for assistance and provide support during meals

  • Use proper food handling techniques during service

What You’ll Need to Qualify :

  • Current high school student, if non student high school diploma or GED preferred

  • Successful completion of a state-approved Paid Feeding Assistant training program a plus

  • Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with compassion

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

  • A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude
