The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Physical Therapist in Dutchess County, New York

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling is currently seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team! $2,000 Sign on Bonus for full time positions!

Position can be Full-Time or Part-Time.

PT Duties Include:

  • Evaluate residents' condition and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.

  • Help mobility and relieve Resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy, stretching, and physical therapy devices.

  • Help residents with equipment and tasks; monitor/supervise their performance.

  • Tell residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.

  • Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

PT Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

  • Current New York State PT License.

  • Experience in skilled nursing/ long term care settings preferred (not required).
