A sua missão será:

A sua missão será ficar responsável por executar a manutenção corretiva, preventiva e preditiva, montagens/desmontagens e reparos de emergências em equipamentos/máquinas efetuando a troca de componentes/peças e executando ajustes/alterações necessárias para o bom funcionamento.

Papéis e Responsabilidades:

  • Executa manutenções corretivas de equipamentos do processo produtivo.

  • Executa plano de manutenção preventiva e preditivas para os equipamentos/sistemas e apropria as horas no SAP.

  • Responsável por atendimento relacionados com problemas no sistema de automação e gestão de backups das áreas.

  • Realiza o registro das manutenções no SAP PM com a sua apropriação de horas.

  • Lidera análise de desvios da área, executa todo o fluxo de controle de mudança, responsável por CAPAS e effectiveness check - utilizando o sistema track wise.

E o que você precisa para cumprir a sua missão?

Requeridos:

  • Nível técnico completo em elétrica, instrumentação ou automação.

  • Experiência como técnico de instrumentação ou elétrica em indústria farmacêutica, alimentícia ou cosmética.

  • Conhecimento de sistemas e componentes elétricos (painéis elétricos, sensores, inversores, servomotores, IHM).

  • Inglês: intermediário.

Desejáveis:

  • Cursando superior em engenharia de automação, mecatrônica ou elétrica.

  • Conhecimento em sistemas automatizados (siemens, allen bradley e/ou ELAU).
