Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will analyze/baseline, create/implement and sustain baseline data on the assigned aircraft. You will analyze data such as, exceptions reports to identify improper maintenance reporting and provide that information to the activities for corrective action. You will research and provide the proper course of action required for Baseline Trouble Reports submitted by the fleet. You will verify and validate data after updates and changes are made in accordance with authoritative data sources. You will attend meetings such as, Maintenance Plan and Technical Directive Reviews and provide input on Program Office Data development issues. You will assist in the training of other Baseline Managers. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrate knowledge on Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (ALCOMIS OOMA) application to ensure platform baseline data definition is in accordance with the planned NALCOMIS OOMA system architecture; 2) Supporting weapon systems, such as aircraft, engines, Support Equipment (SE) and Mission Mounted Equipment (MME) to include all related components and operational requirements of logistics functions; 3) Utilizing skill sets to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations; 4) Demonstrating knowledge of the procedures for baseline analysis and physical data load for assigned aircraft and related equipment; 5) Exhibiting familiarity with Type Equipment Codes/ Work Unit Codes (TEC/WUC), part number Cage code combinations, Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS), SE, MME, Periodic Maintenance Requirement Cards (PMIC), Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC) and Technical Directives (TD) information and where to obtain the authoritative data sources to build the baseline.
