Precise Systems, Inc. Cooperative Management Analyst, Junior in Patuxent River, Maryland

We are searching for a Cooperative Management Analyst, Junior to provide support to the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262) at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. This is a hybrid position.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives . Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules . Performs management, technical, or business case analyses . Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft /weapon/project acquisition and product programs . Tracks program/project status and schedules . Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

  • Prepare information for export in accordance with disclosure policy and workflow for release in Direct-Hit.

  • Track and collect responses to actions items and RFIs for closure.

  • Keep apprised of new policies, procedures, regulations, and directives affecting International Cooperation Program execution.

  • Assist with PMA-262 export compliance initiatives and participate in cross-cooperative program working groups.

  • Assist with the development and presentation of Cooperative Program trainings.

  • Work with Direct-Hit developer to troubleshoot issues and implement requirements for upcoming builds.

  • Submit and track foreign national visit requests. Input visitors into BASICS as needed.

  • Process documentation relating to onboarding Cooperative Program Personnel, including FVRs, SAAR-Ns, CAC, etc.

  • Provide ad hoc support to Cooperative Program Management Team Leadership.

    Experience requirements: Zero to three years of experience is required for this position.

    Education requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include an Associate's Degree and two years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category or four years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
