2+ years of experience in Industrial Services, especially in boiler operation & maintenance

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

  • Responsible for ensuring optimal cost, highly efficient, quality and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation; i.e. steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air.

  • Responsible for ensuring competent maintenance management and execution of Industrial Services.

  • Lead the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimise maintenance cost as a result increasing asset intensity while ensuring quality and safety of the products and people for the Industrial Service section.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities executed with high quality and in time in area of responsibility.

  • Support to prepare and implement factory minor projects and small purchases regarding his area of responsibility.

  • Program owner of Refrigeration system, Legionella management, Energy and Water, Management of Pressure Vessels and Pressure Systems

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in at least one Industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in food related manufacturing environment

  • Experience operating or supervising others who operate fired pressure systems (boilers) or other large combustion systems

  • Basic knowledge of Asset maintenance

  • Good knowledge of AMM system (SAP PM module)

  • Knowledge of TPM methodology is preferred

  • Excellent command of English
