If you are thinking about making a change, give us a shout.General Description:Primary duty is to be regularly engaged, daily, in developing new customers and meeting with new and existing customers at their businesses to produce recurring sales of fire protection services. Essential Functions- including but not limited to: Create proposals for service agreements, tests and inspections, preventative maintenance, central station monitoring as well as other fire protection services as needed. Answer customer inquiries.Process sales and obtain orders or contracts for services.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through Customer Relationship Management, which involves regular face-to-face meetings with clients at their business locations.Perform cold calls on a consistent basis. Conduct site surveys and site inspections as part of sales process. Follow-up on leads, proposals, quotes and contract renewal.Enter work orders as needed and ensure proper time and material is listed.Meet monthly sales goals.Assist in all sales functions as needed.Perform periodic field inspections to assure quality of work.Assist in the planning and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.General FunctionsThis position includes a lot of interaction with customers and coworkers. Proficient in Microsoft Office.Well organized, self-motivated, flexible and a team player.Must be able to drive to and from jobs and have a valid driver's license.Ability to meet sales targets and productions goals.
