NORCO INC Customer Service Representative / Product Specialist in Pasco, Washington

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Sales / Product Specialist position. The Industrial Sales / Product Specialist is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
  • Reload and stock vending machines or VMI cabinets
  • Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer
  • Communicate with customers to adjust stock levels and minimize stock-outs
  • Route orders to be delivered to appropriate personnel departments
  • Survey customer operations for opportunities to increase sales
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
  • Wage $40,000 - $50,000 annual

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
  • Valid Driver's License required; CDL License a Plus
