Bollinger Mississippi Shipbuilding PROGRAM COORDINATOR A 1896 Pascagoula in Pascagoula, Mississippi

This is a job for a PROGRAM COORDINATOR A, position with the company located in the Pascagoula, MS area.

Job Summary: Assist/supports Program Management Office in the coordination efforts of all engineering, purchasing, scheduling, and subcontract work.

Responsibilities: Represents Program Management Office in internal and external meetings on ongoing topics of discussion as needed. Drives daily communication and interaction with matrix team members and customer representation ensuring program milestones are met. Supplies department leads with information and analysis data as requested. Develops and maintains graphical representation/presentations of critical data and reports illustrating program status and performance. Develops and maintains process instructions, associated workflows, and issue guidelines in support of efficient practices. Develops budget spreadsheets or reports, forecast for resource requirements and status progress for assigned Work Study or Technical Instructions. Assists in reviews and submissions of contract document deliverables. Supports planning and coordination of all program key events. Attends daily production meetings during construction.

Qualifications: Experience in shipbuilding and program/project management.   Associates degree or commensurate combination of education and experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and handle emergent tasking. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
