Responsibilities: Provide customer quotations on product inquiries. Address customer questions and complaints regarding quotations. Work with existing suppliers to obtain product pricing and availability for customer quotes. Select the most advantageous product pricing from multiple suppliers per company, standard operating procedures. Maintain supplier and customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction. Proactively research new product suppliers; evaluate suppliers' abilities to provide quality materials, products and services. Share findings with Clinical Trials and Aid and Development. Coordinate with Business Development department in the creation and maintenance of customer profiles to ensure a customer's seamless transition from Business Development to Sales and Procurement. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to obtain necessary documentation (permissions, permits) per customer's country of importation requirements. Interpret, assess, and apply departmental procurement policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance. Process or acknowledge customer inquiries within 24 hours. Any other duties assigned by your manager.

Qualifications and Experience Needed: High school graduate or GED or equivalent. Two years or more experience in sales, customer service, or purchasing. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to details and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask; strong problem solving and analytical skills. Self-starter with ability to work independently. Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Forward thinking and open minded; adaptable and versatile in a dynamic environment. Ability to effectively work in a team environment while maintaining group morale and mutual respect.
