East West Bank is seeking a Physical Security Assistant.The primary responsibility of the Physical Security Assistant is to administer the physical security systems of the structures on East West Bank's network. They are responsible for making sure that the equipment used to secure these facilities is always in good working order.
The Physical Security Specialist is responsible for associate's access in all facilities. The Physical Security Specialist will be involved in branch audits and security projects or systems.
Administer security systems for all EWB Bank facilities
Responsible for maintaining associates alarm access to all EWB Bank facilities
Responsible for maintaining associate card access to all EWB Bank facilities
Responsible for Access card key distribution and tracking
Make recommendations for replacement of physical security equipment
Partner with project teams on design of security systems in new and remodeled facilities
Lead branch audits, openings of new facilities, closings of existing facilities and other security projects.
Responsible to maintain and track all investigation reports, files, trend analysis groups, and clerical work as needed.
Conduct I.D. theft reports and bank investigations when needed.
Experience in programming surveillance systems
Knowledge of electronic security equipment (burglar alarms, analog cameras, IP cameras, digital video recorders, card access systems, etc.
Experience in physical security related fields
Troubleshooting physical security issues, including on-call/non-business hours; 24-7
Knowledge in bank investigations
Experience in programming access control and security system.
Training on Electronic security equipment (burglar alarms, analog cameras, IP cameras, digital video recorders, card access systems, etc.)
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
