Fox Dealer Junior Digital Marketing Specialist in Pasadena, California

Fox Dealer is seeking an entry level Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who will be in charge of implementing, configuring, monitoring and analyzing the results of our client’s website and digital products. We need someone who loves to see our clients succeed and will be the subject matter expert for any and all Google Analytics and tagging related questions.

You will be trained on managing our SEO campaigns and the SEO tactics required to “tweak the levers” in order to improve the performance of client campaigns. 

The candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives. The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist must possess strong analytical, project management, communication and problem-solving skills. This person must be able to work on their own initiative as well as effectively collaborate with team members and must take ownership of projects.

Assigned tasks have varying recurrence schedules and due dates, requiring adaptability and the ability to stay organized while balancing task loads. While SEO experience isn’t required for this role as training is provided, a successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setup Google Analytics, Tag Manager and call tracking (CallRail) for new website launches

  • Coordinate setup of tracking tags supporting Digital marketing efforts - Paid Search, Social Media Advertising, and Digital Advertising

  • Coordinate setup of new SEO campaigns

  • Assist in monthly reporting, plus any custom ad hoc reporting 

  • Provide subject matter expertise on web analytics, user experience and behavior, data analysis and reporting

  • Act as the primary owner of website tracking, from tagging recommendations to analysis

  • Create data-driven insights about visitor behavior from website data on traffic patterns, conversion, navigation behavior, etc.

  • Identification of opportunities for efficiencies in processes (i.e. automation)

  • Follow and stay on top of industry best practices

  • Build and maintain an understanding of current topics in performance media, web analytics, SEO, as well as tagging/ data management tools and technologies

    Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented, with a keen eye for troubleshooting and quality assurance

  • Demonstrated history of strong work ethic and ability to self-manage

  • Must possess superb communication skills both written and oral

  • Basic HTML experience (a plus)

  • Advertising agency experience (a plus)

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, pixel configuration, and Google Analytics are a plus
