Quality Responsibilities

Visual Inspection Looking for slag, double punching, missing holes, imperfections in steel, etc.

PM and 6S Responsibilities

OPM-034 Wheelabrator

Loading and Staging Area

Coatings Operator UNLOADING Duties and Responsibilities:

Unloading Line

Building Panel Skids

Placing and Prepping Skids

Prepping Foam

Removing Hooks from Line

Mix Touch-up Paint

May perform other duties as assigned

Coatings Operator Skills and Specifications:

Ability to safely operate and obtain certification to operate a fork truck

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Solid problem-solving skills.

Ability to contribute and work in a team environment.

Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure first quality of work.

Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work.

Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.
