Join the team at Lincoln Technical Institute's Corporate Office and become our next Partnership Accounts Manager! This role is primarily remote with significant travel. Take the helm in managing key industry relationships that will propel Lincoln Educational Services forward. As a trusted representative of our company, you'll oversee the administration and execution of partnership agreements under the guidance of the Director/VP of the ITP Group. Together, we'll cultivate and expand industry connections to drive revenue and foster growth.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Company at national, regional, and local industry-related meetings and conventions

  • Increase Lincoln's presence and value to organizations such as SkillsUSA, NADA, SEMA, and others

  • Work with employers to advance the training of their current teams or support their hiring needs, by providing advanced training options to our graduates and other entry level employees

  • Embody the lifecycle of a student by:

  • interviewing and managing new students' progress through each program

  • ensuring appropriate placement of students as contracted

  • Team up with Corporate's Marketing Department to develop marketing materials and press releases

  • Conduct training sessions for Lincoln's Admissions, Education and Career Services teams, companywide

  • Establish strategies to execute training programs for Lincoln's campuses and to create and meet contractual expectations

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, with an emphasis on the development and maintenance of industry partnerships

  • Experience in the transportation or skilled trades area

  • Bachelor's degree

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft products

  • Excellent presentation skills
