Barilla Payroll Intern in Parma, Italy

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for a Payroll Intern, within the Human Resources Team. The stager will ensure the correct fulfillment of tax, social security and insurance obligations relating to the employee and similar employment relationship.

Job Purpose

He/She will collaborate with the team in fulfilling tax, social security and insurance obligations for employees and similar personnel, also with regards to practices and relationships with the competent external bodies (INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency, etc.), collaborating in drafting and delivery/sending of declarations/certifications (Autoliquidazione INAIL, Uniemens, CU and 770).

Key accountabilities

  • Payroll checks on contributions and tax matters;

  • Conciliation of tax and social security obligations;

  • Collection of F24 recepits;

  • Tax assistance management (Form 730/2024);

  • Collection of employee certifications for fringe benefits management.

Requirements

  • Studies in economic and/or legal disciplines on labor matters (Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree);

  • Participation in payroll training courses;

  • IT basic tools skills (word, excel, etc.);

  • Fluency in English;

  • Good communication skills, team-working.
