Barilla Digital & Business Technology Marketing Support Internship in Parma, Italy

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for a DBT Marketing Support intern, within the Digital & Business Technology team.

Job Purpose

The new resource will be part of D&BT team for Marketing and Digital Marketing solutions. He/she will be introduced to key Marketing processes, with focus on Artwork and Labelling area that is currently renovating both in terms of process and tools supporting a cross-functional team in the company (Marketing, R&D, Legal).

The new resource will play a key support and catalyst role for the successful adoption of the newly released labelling tool. The main stakeholders will be final users of Webcenter platform, but also the project core team and steering committee and project sponsors.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the team in the stabilization phase of the tool by supporting final users in managing day by day activities and projects in the platform;

  • Support and promote the tool adoption by collecting feedback and providing training and guidance to end users;

  • Collect, report and clarify status, improvements and criticalities raised on the application to be discussed with the core project team.

    Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering ;

  • Strong digital and communication skills ;

  • Analytical skills, attention to details and priorities management skills ;

  • Fluency in English.
