The internship aims at giving you exposure and training on the day-by-day assignments, as well as the opportunity to contribute to specific projects of the team you will be assigned to.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the RD&Q processes, working within a very fast-paced environment and get a hands-on experience. JOB PURPOSE

The intern will support the BluRhapsody business unit, designing, prototyping, and engineering 3D pasta shapes produced with proprietary technology.

He/She will be involved in designing 3D pasta shapes using Rhinoceros, Grasshopper and Python. He/she will also help in managing coordination of production and manage the CRM and order fulfillment tool developed internally.

Additionally, he/she will experiment with different dough formulations during the development of new designs and products based on customization requests.

Main Activities

Designing 3D pasta shapes, contribution to coordinating the production, managing the CRM/production and stock/order fulfillment tool, experimenting with different formulations for new shapes.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Basic CAD skills and experience with Grasshopper for creating parametric designs.

  • Basic knowledge of Python and some JavaScript for computational design, scripting, formulas, and automations are necessary.

  • Experience in rapid prototyping is a plus.

  • Creativity, imaginative effort, and the ability to quickly build on limited and preliminary information are also required.

  • Fluent English and Italian.
