ManpowerGroup Design to Build Construction Manager in Parkersburg, West Virginia

Manpower is teaming up with a local company who has been in business serving the Mid-Ohio Valley since 1986. We are seeking a Design to Build Construction Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless integration of design and construction processes within a project.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders

  • Establish project timelines, milestones and deliverables

  • Coordinate with design phase

Budget and Cost Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Monitor project expenses

Construction Oversight

  • Provide leadership and direction

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Coordinate with project managers and superintendents

Design

  • Design and review documents, drawings and specifications

  • Identify design changes and modifications

  • Act as liaison.

Quality Assurance and Control

  • Implement quality assurance measures

  • Conduct regular inspections, audits and tests

  • Address any non-conformities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field

  • Proven experience in design and construction management

  • In-Depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques

  • Strong project managements skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Expert proficiency with design software (CAD)

  • Professional Certificates such as PMP or LEED AP may be advantageous
