REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have an associate's or bachelor's degree. The candidate will assist in the running of the daily operations of a Senior Living Community. They will be performing a variety of office support tasks and be able to well under pressure with a high attention to detail always looking for ways to achieve better results. In addition, they will completing accounts payable and receivables, billing and payroll; recruit and onboard new employees maintain employee records and resident financial files; ensure compliance is being met; and assist the Director with their duties. Background check and drug screening will be performed after offer is made. Hours are Monday through Friday. Excellent benefits and pay. Will be discussed at interview.
