Job Summary:

The Team Lead/Resort Operations Contract Coordinator is responsible for the management of contractors and internal employees in order to maintain the cleanliness of many different areas on mountain and at the bases of the resort. The essential job function is to manage and assist in the cleaning and inspection of facilities to ensure the cleanliness and safety of property, guests, and personnel. This position manages multiple third-party contracted staff.

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet:  Lift PM Team Lead

  • Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.99 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time, Year Round (10 Month)

  • Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the responsibilities of contracted workers.

  • Manage a small staff of internal employees who ski to and clean different areas on mountain.

  • Schedule cleanings and ensure they are completed

  • Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.

  • Monitor staff workloads to ensure efficiency, and ensure that proper levels of service are delivered.

  • Assist in scheduling and completing deep cleans.

  • Assist in cleaning as needed.

  • Move supplies across the resort and ensure our teams have the necessary items to complete their work. This includes the ability to consistently move boxes weighing up to 30lbs.

  • Make scheduled checks of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety of property.

  • Respond to emergency situations quickly and efficiently.

  • Maintain daily records and logs of janitorial activities – file required reports.

  • Facilitate budget preparation.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience managing contracts.

  • At least two years of custodial or housekeeping experience preferred.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Clean driving record required.

  • Ability to deal with guests and personnel in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Ski or snowboard ability preferred.

  • Spanish fluency preferred.

  • Ability to be exposed to inclement weather conditions.

  • Ability to work standing for long periods of time.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, etc.

  • Must be in good physical condition.

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
