As a Manager you will collaborate with senior leadership and participate on engagements advising clients at the highest strategic level with big-picture and tactical guidance on how technology enables a variety of business outcomes. What you'll do * Assess and recommend employee and team centric digital workplace experiences (using data driven insights) that drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, operational efficiency and retention of top talent at scale. * Support Workplace Advisory Practice Leadership on client engagements, responsible for the project management and associated deliverables. * Develop and evolve future focused workforce and organisation transformation strategies propositions and solutions. * Drive cultural and IT operating model change as part of the transition to a high-performing, employee-centric modern workplace. * Support the identification, development, selling and implementation of workplace experience propositions in response to market demand and digital trends. * Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics. Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs. Skills and experiencesss * Solid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client digital workplace, IT Operating Model and employee experience strategies and transformations. * Experience selling and delivering large, digital workplace / employee experience transformations, and the associated organisational/cultural change. * Workplace solution experience should cover one or more of the following: * Microsoft 365 Transformation Strategy, Roadmap * Value Measurement, Design Thinking * Microsoft 365 Governance, Co-Management design * IT / GBS Operating model design using ITIL / IT4IT * Experience in providing outstanding insights from a range of industry experience to help guide clients on how to evolve and develop their employee value proposition About you Characteristics that can spell success for this role * Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder * Resilient, adaptable, flexible * Intellectually curious and passionate about future of work * Storyteller and engaging content creator Enjoy your career Some of the best things about working at Avanade * Top-shelf clients - our clients accelerate value by being bold, imaginative - and fast.
