Your Missions1. Support the group responsible sourcing managers in our suppliers sustainability performance monitoring & improvement.2. Participate to the feedstock certification framework definition and engage in its execution in collaboration with the group category managers.3. Contribute to the internal engagement and capabilities enhancement program.4. Screen and manage the suppliers risk sustainability alerts.5. Benchmark our Diversity & Inclusion program with leading industry players programs and engage with relevant specialized organizations to identify gaps.6. Work with business partners to propose an enhanced Supplier D&I framework aligned with our Responsible Sourcing and Diversity, Belonging & Inclusion strategies.7. Define quantitative KPIs, drive program and report on program metrics.

You bring1. 2 to 3 years of successful track recordo within Procurement with a strong interest in Responsible Sourcing topics;o or within the Sustainability area with some Procurement knowledge2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience3. Perfect written and spoken English4. Data-driven decision maker with excellent project management and organizational skills. 5. Excellent communication and influencing skills6. Proactive problem solver and self-starter
