Your mission: • Support the Global sourcing manager fruits in developing & implementing end to end business aligned sourcing strategies for Fractions category – Including risk mitigation strategies and responsible sourcing• Source and introduce new raw materials: identify potential suppliers, lead RFI/RFQ/RFP, follow up samples approval and request/review appropriate documentations• Collaborate with S&OP team (Operations, Planning, Business, Finance) for monthly demand projections and fulfillment planning• Propose, lead and implement improvement and development projects• Engage and develop collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (business, regulatory, quality, etc.)• Take charge of Fractions category and drive negotiations of supply agreements with suppliers focusing on key identified criteria – Quality, Service Delivery, Operational Improvements, Total Cost of Ownership, Sustainability, etc.

You bring :• Degree from University or College in Engineering, Economics, Business administration, Science, Agronomy• 3 years of experience in purchasing (Internship and Apprenticeship included), preferably in the food industry• Demonstrate Firmenich 5 winning behaviors: Growth Mindset, Proactivity, Absolute Customer Focus, Data driven, Impact Obsessed• Demonstrate active listening, critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Independent & curious mindset• Extremely good communication & influencing skills• Fluent written and spoken English, basic level of Portuguese • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Basic ERP & query skillset (SAP experience preferred)"
