Your key responsibilities

  • Strategy: Contribute to global beauty segment strategy and innovation deployment

  • Market Intelligence: Provide global segment leadership with sharp customer insights and business needs

  • Innovation Portfolio Management: Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and contribute to prioritize innovation projects

  • Business Case Support: Consolidate inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development.

  • Deployment & Adaptation: Deploy and adapt launch material and webinars, in collaboration with SSU Marketing and Project teams.

  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate innovation results and recommend corrective actions.

You bring

  • Strong business acumen, to build business cases that shape strategy definition and support deployment

  • Overall 8+ years of experience in Perfumery industry and in Innovation space

  • Demonstrated success in deploying level strategies in perfumery, particularly in beauty categories

  • Adequate education in the scientific, perfumery innovation or sales areas

  • Fluent in English
