Veralto Solution Architect – Color Management, Packaging, Ink, Printing in Paris, France

Great opportunity for a Solution Architect to join X-Rite, a leading color technology innovator that helps companies manage, measure and improve workflows and packaging print quality.

This dynamic role will suit an English & French-speaking Solution Architect adept at guiding companies through digital color transformation and with digital expertise across packaging, ink, or printing (ideally including color management & workflows etc).

The Opportunity

Working in a highly skilled specialist team and based anywhere in either France, Belgium, or Switzerland, the Solution Architect is the customer-facing solution owner, engaging with companies across EMEA, from pre-sales and solution design, through to implementation of color management solutions and beyond.

The Solution Architect will develop a deep understanding of account needs, create program requirements & specifications, guide projects through pilot and implementation stages, deliver training and technical support, manage a smooth transition to Application Support, relay the Voice of Customer to R&D and product managers, and collaborate with our sister companies (i.e., Pantone, Esko etc) on shared strategic accounts.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Industry and applications expertise in Packaging, Printing, or Ink, ideally with related Workflows and Color Management

  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and the capability to design holistic solutions, not just products

  • Consultative approach with excellent communication skills (fluent English & French), teamworking, planning & organizing, problem solving and commercial awareness

  • Strong technical understanding (software, cloud, servers, database management, application deployment strategies etc)

  • Flexible to travel widely across EMEA (30-50%)
