Description of the brand and the team:

The Regional team is located in Neuilly Crystal Paris, and Supply is located in Switzerland.

Most of its members joined the brand 3/4 years ago. This is a small but mighty team, fully dedicated to Origins brand and with a very good knowledge of the markets and its 145 product items.

Origins is currently at a turning point in its history, with a brand-new portfolio design (repack), driven in multiple waves. The Brand recently expanded its business to 2 new affiliates Israel and South Africa, requesting agility in their Demand projections due to small history. All in all, the brand is active on 22 markets (led by Nordics and Germany) and is deploying a multiple engines growth strategy in order to accelerate the business and confront Sephora lost and Online shift.

Next fiscal will be launched many Newness (including a new franchise), with very big bets, requiring especially close attention, to materialize the brand ambitions. All of this, in a challenging and volatile EMEA/Global trade, supported by upgraded process, IBP cycles and new systems functionalities, that the Group implements to ensure healthy business management.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Regional Demand Planner in the daily activities, especially on the Newness follow up, Baseline Stat Forecast analysis and reports update/optimization.

Key tasks:

· NEWNESS forecast (new launches) - 70%

Newness includes: pure innovation, limited life & sets, phase out - phase in, repacked items

o Build the forecast proposal for the 22 markets x 3 channel distribution (1,5 year before OCD).

o Maintain the masterdata and the demand in o9 forecasting tool, as per APEX design.

o Open the revision and confront it to local business trend and distribution (M-7 before OCD).

o Once alive, track the performances and adjust mid/long term forecast accordingly.

o Present results during IBP and Marketing meetings.

· BASICS forecast (baseline) - 20%

Mostly analytical part, forecast being managed by Regional Demand Planner.

o Analyze the Stat Forecast accuracy and compare it to the actuals trend.

o Follow up on the statistical forecast changes.

o Report Stat Forecast inconsistencies to Stat Forecast team.

· Reports (update/optimization) - 10%

o Refresh Building Blocks & Launch Tracker files on a monthly basis

o Feed NPL complexity template

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in independently and in a multicultural environment.

  • Strong Excel Skill. Familiarity with Access or SAP would be a plus.

  • Must be fully proficient in English, able to follow English-language meetings and phone call.
