Résumé du poste

Premier contact du client, l'apprenti réception est le garant du bon séjour des clients. Il accueille le client, lui fournit tous les renseignements sur les conditions du séjour, les formalités, les prix, les commodités de l’hôtel, les produits et les promotions éventuels. Il assure la satisfaction des clients, il suit leur arrivée et leur départ, et transmet les informations utiles aux autres services.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

  • Accueillir le client, effectuer l’enregistrement dans le système en respectant les contrats et les conditions spéciales pour permettre la facturation des prestations,

  • Présenter et promouvoir l’établissement, les différentes marques existant chez Marriott et tous les produits qui s’y rapportent,

  • Assurer un accueil téléphonique et physique, s’assurer des prises en charge des demandes ainsi que la prise de congé de manière chaleureuse, efficace et de qualité conformes aux standards,

  • Assurer le suivi des enregistrements et séjours des clients « Elite », en vérifiant que les taches liées à l’ « Elite Desk » soient effectuées correctement,

  • Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,

  • Régler les litiges éventuels, les reporter à ses supérieurs de façon à satisfaire les clients et les fidéliser,

Profil recherché

  • Avoir le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel des règles en vigueur. Savoir organiser le travail de l’équipe en fonction de l’activité.
