THE INTERNSHIP AND THE MISSIONS :

Within the VISUAL MERCHANDISING department, you will understand the conceptual and operational aspects of the merchandising function, with the objective of making the brand visible and having an impact on sales.

  • Creation of relevant Merchandising guidelines for Launches & Animations Scenography/Event. 

  • Ensure the deployment of the merchandising charter to the markets

  • Draft 2D plans & layouts with consumer experience in mind.

  • Develop POS elements according to the International Marketing Plan and/or specific market requests for launches

  • Strong creative input, force of proposal on innovation, anticipate new trends: research of materials, new technologies...

  • Rendering & 3D modeling skills.

  • 2D Planograms

  • Perfect knowledge of the market and the competition

  • Survey Competition and analyze SD/VM competitive advantages.

  • MAC software: Adobe suite, Microsoft office, Sketchup, Vray Mandatory

Qualifications

PROFILE :

  • With a higher education background such as a School of Design, you have a first experience in the luxury sector and/or the perfume/cosmetics industry.

  • English is essential.

  • You have a strong sensitivity to luxury and brands; business oriented, you have a sense of retail.

  • You are curious by nature and follow the market, innovations and competition.

  • You are creative and autonomous.

  • Agile, you are able to adapt to a small company in strong development, you are multi-tasking oriented and like to work in a team.
