Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Director, Corporate Compliance in Paris, France

Director, Global Compliance Operations (France)

As a key member of the Global Corporate Compliance Operations team, you will support business operations and lead Regeneron’s compliance-related activities in France, with the potential to provide ad hoc support to other European markets if needed. You will work closely with other compliance leaders to support monitoring, conduct internal investigations, develop policies, provide training, facilitate communications, and ensure transparency, all aimed at further developing and implementing Regeneron’s compliance program.

A typical day may include:

  • Developing and refining compliance policies that integrate appropriate healthcare, corporate, and other compliance controls to guide Regeneron’s French operations.

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive compliance training programs for employees and third parties, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance principles and industry codes.

  • Providing proactive risk management and compliance support, collaborating with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks.

  • Providing timely and comprehensive compliance-related advice and oversight on new and existing initiatives, including interactions with the Healthcare Community, ensuring alignment with Regeneron’s policies.

  • Staying informed of emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.

  • Collaborating closely with the compliance monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local industry codes and addressing potential risks optimally.

To be considered for this role, you must have :

A deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice governing the biopharmaceutical industry.

At least 7+ years in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

You are a Collaborative Leader with a high degree of teamwork, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and work independently. Creative Problem-Solver, you are comfortable making strong decision and design creative solution design skills to support the development of strategies and implementing solutions swiftly.
