Meta Client Solution Manager - Retail (Short Term Contract, 6 months) in Paris, France

Summary:

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. Based in Paris, the CSM will work with retail clients and is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills and a deep passion for tech, marketing, data. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our retail advertisers. The CSM will establish and strengthen key retail client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. With proven understanding of performance marketing, this role is responsible for optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers. Required Skills:

Client Solution Manager - Retail (Short Term Contract, 6 months) Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

  2. Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners

  3. Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership

  4. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives

  5. Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

  6. Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals

  7. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ability to manage complex workstreams

  8. Management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies

  2. First hand knowledge of Meta marketing solutions

  3. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)

  4. Understanding of customer marketing funnel and performance online marketing ecosystem

  5. Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights

  6. Able to lead multiple and cross functional projects while maintaining a high attention to detail

  7. Fluency in English and French
