To sustain the growth of our activities, we are hiring an:

Associate Principal (F/H)

Located in IQVIA France headquarter in Courbevoie (FR, 92)

As an Associate Principal at IQVIA France, you are responsible for managing or leading multiple consulting projects and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for French headquarters & French affiliates of pharma, biotech and medtech companies.

You are identified as an internal key expert supporting one of our many offerings including pricing & market access, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), public affairs and primary & secondary data solutions)

Your missions are to:

  • Provide direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams. Direct consulting teams through consistent participation in team meetings

Manage project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, -development and delivery of client deliverables. Our projects tend to be strategic and cross-disciplinary

  • Provide high level input to, and ensures the development of, client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to client

  • Leverage business experience and acumen in identifying and implementing strategic alternatives and project approach to key client questions

  • Develop and/or elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads and constantly ensuring client satisfaction

  • Manage the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity

  • Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training

Serve as key point of contact with clients and other internal departments

  • Share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients

  • Lead ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, learning and development

  • Serve as a coach to 3-4 staff

About you

. A minimum of 6 years of experience in topics related to either pricing and market access , value evidence , HEOR or RWE generation ( primary observational studies, early access program, enriched studies, SNDS/PMSI studies) acquired either in a consulting environment or a pharmaceutical company )

. In-depth knowledge of health technology assessment, health economic modelling or real-world evidence generation strategy and its implementation in France

Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills

. Minimum of 2 years project management/leadership experience focused on multinational strategic consulting projects

. Strong capability in managing large and/or multiple projects and juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes

. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing

. Experience working in sizable/ multi-disciplined teams and leading staff

. Experience in developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry

. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals

. Ability to contribute to business development through the identification of leads, development of proposals etc.

. Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries

. Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques

. Fluency in both French & English, verbal and written
