Job Summary:

You will oversee on-site services and support for consumers, the facilitation of groups in the Partial Care Program, the communication of observations and information about consumers to appropriate staff, and the supervision of consumer activities as assigned by supervisory personnel.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the provision and coordination of program services

  • Prepare a complete written intake assessment which includes treatment plans, relevant goals, behaviorally-measurable goals that serve as indexes for evaluating treatment progress, and realistic time frames for achievement.

  • Perform ongoing assessment of consumers by exhibiting knowledge of the age-specific populations, developmental levels, and diagnosis.

  • Provide verbal counseling and crisis intervention services (but not crisis intervention counseling)

  • Help with the acquisition of transportation and safely transport consumers daily.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Mental Health discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, Psychiatric Rehabilitation or Criminal Justice)

  • 1 years of verified related work or life experience in mental health, residential, and/or partial care services desirable

  • A valid driver's license insurable by the agency's automobile insurance
