Job Summary

• Rechercher de l’information en utilisant les ressources et les outils disponibles pour répondre aux demandes de renseignements et/ou aux demandes des clients.

• Gérer et résoudre les plaintes des clients.

• Fournir aux clients des informations sur les produits et services. Divulgation des conditions d’accord pour les produits ou services.

• Mettre à jour les informations des clients.

• Traiter les commandes et les demandes de renouvellement de service.

• Identifier et escalader les problèmes prioritaires.

• Acheminer les appels vers les ressources appropriées.

• Documenter les informations d’appel conformément aux procédures d’exploitation standard.

Formation et expérience

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.

  • Une certaine expérience dans un centre d’appels est un avantage mais n’est pas rédhibitoire

  • Expérience en informatique
