Key Role:

Design and implement new technologies, systems, and processes to improve plant production and efficiency. Apply basic principles, theories, concepts, and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in assembly or fabrication

  • Knowledge of engineering drawings

  • Ability to manage cross functional teams

  • Ability to create manufacturing processes and procedures

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,700.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
