You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Emergency Services Greeter like you to be a part of our team.
In this role you will:
Welcome patients, family members, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner. You will direct patients to their destination or refers patients to an available volunteer for escort.
Serve as a resource to patients and visitors. Be knowledgeable regard in area physicians, their locations, community services and resources. Answer patient and visitor questions.
Assist patients with kiosk, sign in sheets and direct them to Triage.
Keep lobby area straightened and clean of clutter. Maintains election of current magazines and newspapers. Notify housekeeping of any cleaning issues, spills or other needs.
Input patient satisfaction data.

What qualifications you will need:
Graduation from an accredited high school or GED equivalent
Applicable work experience may substitute for education
2years administrative/office/hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills including the ability to actively seek initial contact with patient and family members while demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude.
