Allana Buick & Bers is a multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm seeking an HR Generalist to help us maintain a dynamic and productive workplace at our Palo Alto, CA office.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining employee records with accuracy and completeness
Managing job openings and applications
Assisting with recruiting efforts
Administering employee benefits and conducting record audits
Supporting company-wide information meetings and other HR-related duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
At least 5 years of related experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
