Description:

This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. This department is moving locations so this person will support the move to the new office. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents. Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials. Handle confidential information with discretion. Provide general support to visitors and staff
