  • In partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO), develop and execute a cost-effective and broad-based fundraising program to secure general operating support from individuals, corporations, foundations and organizations
  • Work with CEO/COO, Board and staff to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward current and prospective donors
  • Identify major gift prospects and coordinate personal meetings with the CEO/COO, and assist with ongoing follow-up and requests for support
  • Implement and manage Corporate Development Plan
  • Draft appeal letters and other fundraising- and marketing-related publications
  • Manage current donations and cultivate future donations, both monetary and in-kind, as well as increasing visibility, increasing donor retention, and increasing funding/donors
  • Identify new corporate partners and work with the CEO/COO to expand corporate relationships
  • Plan donor stewardship and cultivation events.
  • Oversee donor data management efforts, ensuring data entry is accurate and comprehensive and that acknowledgment letters are turned around within a 48-hour window
