OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Es la persona encargada de ejecutar de manera cualificada, con iniciativa y responsabilidad las funciones de control y supervisión de la sala o restaurante bajo su

responsabilidad.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

·Coordinar y supervisar los cometidos propios de la actividad de su establecimiento.

·Conocer y compartir objetivos de venta a alcanzar por el establecimiento.

·Control del Stock de Bebidas y realización de pedidos al Economato.

·Informar de la preparación de la sala para el desarrollo de acontecimientos

especiales, asegurando el cumplimiento con expectativas del cliente y servicio.

·Organizar, preparar y colaborar en una correcta mis en place del restaurante

·Colaborar en recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y las

bebidas.

·Supervisar la realización de trabajos a la vista del cliente.

·Atender reclamaciones de clientes.

·Debe tener una comunicación continua y fluida con el equipo de cocina.

. Conocer y llevar a cabo una adecuada política de seguridad y salud laboral.

. Atender el servicio de bar del hotel

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y HABILIDADES

·Conocimiento de Micros.

·Demostrar unos estándares de presencia impecables.

·Manejar correctamente equipos de trabajo y resolución de conflictos internos.

. Capacidad de toma de decisiones

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

Estudios en Restauración y Gastronomía (FP o

similar), módulo específico de Servicio de

Hostelería en Hoteles y Restaurantes .

2/ 3 años en puesto similar en Hotel 4 o 5 * y/o

restaurante/bar.

Imprescindible conocimiento alto de español e inglés, se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento del alemán.

Grooming:

Todos los empleados deben mantener una buena presencia, aspecto limpio y ordenado según los estándares de Marriott
