Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the consolidation of subsidiary monthly financials, analyzing financial data, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in GAAP, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do…
Assist with consolidation of subsidiary monthly financials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards
Assist with the review of subsidiary results, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Ad hoc reporting on consolidated company, department activities and industry and customer trends
Assistance on projects, including process improvements and control initiatives, as well as system implementations
Fostering your professional development and technical skills
All other duties as assigned
Who we are looking for…
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Five to seven years of relevant work experience, preferably in public accounting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and sound analytical skills. A CPA license is preferred.
Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Experience working within financial systems with experience in SAP, Hyperion Smart View and Essbase a plus.
Experience working with Google Drive and Smartsheets is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with attention to detail, individually and collaboratively in a team, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workflow.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all levels and areas within the organization.
