Migrate DIA supported software applications from development to production; lead analysis of long-term IT processes to support DIA applications; process work/incident tickets & adhere to service level agreement including off-hours support rotation; engage with business partners to leverage analytics capabilities, translate technical details, & prepare/present trainings; lead business-wide projects to investigate, resolve, & anticipate problems. Up to 5% domestic travel. Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related.
