CSI Technical Product Owners in Paducah, Kentucky

Technical Product Owners for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (Paducah, KY). Lead product vision, product goals, and product roadmap creations with stakeholders in partnership with the Product Manager. Understand technology strategies in order to support the creation of product roadmaps that drive value and deliver benefits to customers and stakeholders. Act as a conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team. Make decisions on trade-offs between features, quality, and dates to provide the best solution for stakeholders and customers. Lead communication, issue resolution, priority decisions, and roadmap discussions with key stakeholders. Support the creation of product strategies, product visions, and product goals. Ensure a clear understanding of goals and that products being built generate value and meet the product goals. Technical Environment: SDLC/Agile development technologies including user story definition; working with large development teams with multiple scrum teams and development interdependencies; building roadmaps and working in roadmap and requirements management systems including Jira and Azure. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field plus seven years of progressive experience in the job offered or in computer systems analysis/quality assurance required. Required Skills: SDLC/Agile development technologies including user story definition; working with large development teams with multiple scrum teams and development interdependencies; building roadmaps and working in roadmap and requirements management systems including Jira and Azure. Telecommuting permitted. 20% travel required.
