As the Junior Internal Account Manager to join our Business Support Team in Padova, you will be focused on identifying, nurturing, qualifying, and generating sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth for Arrow Global Components.

What will you be doing at Arrow AGC?

  • Responsible for developing, executing, and securing running biz by the customers.

  • Develop commercial strategy in conjunction with the Account Managers and Regional Sales Manager.

  • Discover new potential customer and expanding active customer base

  • Proactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customers.

  • Deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios

  • Diligent follow-up on sales cases and orders through to execution

  • Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyond.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar position, internal sales, or customer service.

  • Technical or commercial education.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.

  • Effective communication with people at all levels.

  • Fluency in English and Italian.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel)

  • Working under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture, and showing a positive can-do attitude.
