About the role

We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as an Customer Response Center Manager . As the CRC Manager you will be a part of the management team for Carrier Transicold Scandinavia.

In this role you will coordinate and oversee all activities related to supply chain and logistics within Scandiavia as well as manage the team and ensure great leadership skills. You will provide excellent service towards our service partners, customers and internal stakeholders and promote this idea throughout the organization. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers as well as our service partners.

We offer flexible working locations in Denmark for this role, but you can also be based in our office in Padborg, Denmark

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinating the entire supply chain of our products (cooling units and spare parts) within Scandinavia:

  • Communication with different functions within Carrier (factories, sales team, service team, workshop in Denmark) as well as our service partners and customers.

  • Coordination of deliveries to our partners, customers and workshop.

  • Leading and developing the CRC team:

  • Providing training and guidance in systems and tools to all direct reports.

  • Ensure processes are in place and are being followed and enhanced, where necessary.

  • Management:

  • Supporting and providing monthly forecast numbers to Finance department and MD as part of corporate reporting.

  • Ensure regular interaction with local management and European HQ functions for supply chain matters.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other relevant field.

  • Relevant experience for example in automotive, transportation, truck, tire, heavy equipment industry.

  • Experience in leading a team.

  • Fluency in Danish and English.

  • Ability to think strategically.

  • A digital mindset with strong process knowledge and understanding.

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
