Performs charge duties effectively. Supervises RNs, LPNs, NAs, and other Nursing Service employees. Is responsible to Director of Nursing. Supervises nursing personnel and evaluates outcomes of care to assure that nursing activities have met minimum standards of care. Demonstrates leadership and management skills by exercising sound judgment in decision making. Demonstrates professional judgment and ethical behavior in the performance of responsibilities.
