Granville Health System Materials Management Supply Coordinator in Oxford, North Carolina

Position Summary: Receives all supplies and equipment coming into the hospital. Fills daily department requisitions. Verifies shipment against vendor packaging slip to determine all items are received and matches receipts to purchase orders. Prepares and applies all charge stickers, properly stores supplies, restock supply exchange/crash carts and distributes supplies. Is responsible for maintaining inventory PAR levels. Restock Omnicell units and prepare department requisitions by adjusted PAR levels in the clinical units. Assists Product Safety Officer with product recalls.#Performs and analyzes month end reports to maintain correct storeroom stock information and expense. Assists with the receipt, labeling and restock of outsourced durable medical equipment to vendor supplies. Qualifications: High school diploma# or GED.#One (1) year of experience of computer entry, inventory control, supply distribution, and material handling in a storeroom/warehouse environment preferred.#Good math and analytical skills are necessary. Honest and courteous professionalism with great customer focus. Computer skills with preferred abilities in Work and Excel.#Military experience strongly considered.
