Job Description SummaryBe part of the future from day one at Oxford Manufacturing Facility! AAM Oxford Manufacturing Facility specializes in metal forming for powertrain, driveline, and chassis applications. Oxford custom manufactures precision metal parts to exact customer specifications. We are seeking self-motivated individuals for manufacturing positions. We have excellent opportunities for growth within our company! Currently, we are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Associates will receive the sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Maintains building and grounds, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, residential electrical wiring, construction skills and other related maintenance activities. Replaces air conditioner filters.
Job Description Basic residential electrical including Using a meter to check outlets for live 120 Volts Safely lockout light switches to perform installations Properly change fluorescent light bulbs Recognizing, diagnosing and changing of blown fuses Basic residential plumbing including Hot water heater maintenance Air conditioner maintenance and filter changes Copper pipe joint solder Drain clearing Basic painting including Mudding Drywall repair Masking The starting wage for a Facilities Maintenance position is $16.89, with an opportunity to grow to $20.96/hour.
Required Skills and Education
18 years of age or older Have a High School Diploma or GED Can work full-time Able to work overtime Can pass a urine drug test
