TEKsystems is currently searching for

Financial Service Representatives to start with a reputable financial

institution in Owings Mills, MD!

Job Description:

  • Service Associates will be supporting our clients own customers with their needs.

  • This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day.

  • Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls. Calls may include; needing to change information, updating account info.

  • Could be very entry level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts.

  • Won't be taking any calls that require giving financial advice, but will help point their client in the right direction.

  • Will be working with a few different systems and web based programs.

  • 85% of the day will consist of taking inbound phone calls.

  • The next 15% will consist of email correspondence and other administrative related tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience required

  • Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)

  • 1+ years of inbound call experience preferred but not required

  • Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm EST (must be comfortable with either shift)

*Must be comfortable commuting to Owings Mills, MD
